Navraas.in is an online retailer of graphic t-shirts, printed to order. Upon placing an order, we shall print and ship the product to you and be entitled to payment for the same.
Exactness of the product
The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the colour of the items. Your item may vary slightly from the images shown. All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We ensure that all prices appearing on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Prices may change from time to time without notice, though this will not affect orders already dispatched.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only (Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.
Made-to-order products

Delivery
An estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout. On placing your order, you will receive an email/SMS confirming your order and estimated delivery time. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will proactively reach out to you by email or SMS.
